Workout Locations and Times

F3 Franklin has workout locations (“Areas of Operation” or “AOs”) all across Franklin, TN six days a week (we take Sunday off.) Our AOs meet every week at the scheduled time, except in unusual situations (like a regional convergence or unsafe weather conditions.) If you are a downrange PAX and have any questions about an AO, please email us. You can also look at our Q Calendar to see if someone is signed up to lead at a particular time and location.

Information for new attendees

  • Please review our New to F3 page
  • Read and understand the disclaimer
  • If you aren’t sure what to expect for each workout type, here’s a brief summary:
    • Bootcamp workouts primarily consist of calisthenics/body-weight exercises (pushups, squats, sit-ups, etc.) and cardio (jogging short distances.) Sometimes the exercise leader (“Q”) will incorporate external weights, generally around 30 – 35 pounds, into some workout movements.
    • Ruck/Sandbag workouts add weighted backpacks and heavier weights (typically 60 – 80 pounds) to our workouts.
    • “2.0 Friendly” means the AO will host workouts that are designed to be inclusive of you bringing your kids. Please note: F3 participants can bring their kids (male or female) to any 2.0-friendly or F3 Dads event, but minors must be accompanied at all times by a father or male legal guardian. F3 participants can bring older male children (think teenagers) to other F3 workout events, at their own discretion and risk, and must also accompany their minor children for the duration of the workout. We do not recommend a new participant bring their kids (of any age) to a workout until you are experienced and familiar with our events.
  • If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to email us.
